Our standard check in time is 4 pm, however, if your room is ready early, we are more than happy to accommodate that request. Please let us know your request in advance and we will do our best.

Our normal check-out time is 11 am. If you are an Elite Member, please let us know in advance if you need a late check out and we will do our best to accommodate you based on the occupancy of the hotel.

Our property offers valet parking exclusively. Valet parking costs $48 per night, you will have 24-hour access, and you have unlimited in and out service. Should you prefer to not valet park there is a St Louis City Parking garage across the street (707 Pine Street). If you have an oversized vehicle, please let us know in advance so we may assist.

Yes, we do have adjoining King to Queen rooms as well as suites; however, we cannot always guarantee adjoining rooms due to the uniqueness of the rooms on the property. Please inform us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Breakfast is served 6:30 am to 10 am in Union 30 restaurant across from the front desk on the ground floor. Please see our menu here. We offer free breakfast vouchers to our Platinum and above Elite Bonvoy guests.

FORM SkyBar is open Friday and Saturday between the hours of 6 pm and 1 am unless it is a sold out event. On Friday’s we have live music. Please check with the front desk as we often have special events in FORM you may wish to attend.

Room service is available between the hours of 6:30 am and 9:30 pm. You can order from the QR code located in your room!

Yes! The Adler room is our concierge lounge on the second floor and is available for Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite, and Ambassador Elite members Sunday at 4 pm through Friday at noon. We serve a petit cold breakfast (fruit, juice, assorted breakfast bars, pastries) as well as happy hour from 5pm to 7pm Sunday – Thursday. For our Elite guests wanting a hot breakfast we welcome you to Union 30 with your complimentary voucher- so you can order whatever your heart desires! The lounge has complimentary coffee, juice, and soda all day as well as bars, fruit, etc.

The pool is open from 7 am to 10 pm during season.

The fitness center is located on the third floor and is open 24 hours a day. You will find bottled water and a filtered water system there for your convenience.
